My name is Michéle Brou (pronounced Brew) I am a Licensed cosmetologist in the state of Massachusetts. I am a 2024 graduate of the Cosmetology Program at Mildred Elley. I love all things beauty, from hair to skincare. I primarily focus on the health and state of your hair so I will often customize treatments depending on what your hair currently needs. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance or you will be charged 100% of the service you booked. I understand that life happens and things come up but please be respectful and courteous to reach out and contact me as soon as possible! Same day cancellations and “No Call, No Shows” will be charged full service price and will not receive a refund of their deposit. if your card on file declines, that charge will be added to next service booked!
