My name is Michéle Brou (pronounced Brew) I am a Licensed cosmetologist in the state of Massachusetts. I am a 2024 graduate of the Cosmetology Program at Mildred Elley. I love all things beauty, from hair to skincare. I primarily focus on the health and state of your hair, so if you are unsure on what type of service to book, please do not hesitate to book a consultation so we can chat greatly about your hair’s history and what you look forward to in results. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance or you will be charged. I understand that life happens and things come up but please be respectful and courteous. Same day cancellation will be charged a 50% After 20 minutes late or “No Call No Show”, your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll be charge 50% of service cost. And if you don’t have a card on file . It’ll be charged along with the next service you booked! If you know for a fact that you’ll be late, please don’t hesitate to contact me so we can accommodate you. Thank You!
